How do I get started?

  2. We will meet with you and explain our philosophy, product life cycle methodology and provide an estimate on how quickly your project could start (typically between four to six weeks from signing a contract.)
  3. Your project will be immediately assigned to a U.S.-based project manager and technical consultant who will work with you to understand the scope of your needs, required skill set, and the appropriate tools and technologies to deliver on your project.
 
     
  Is there a language barrier?  
     
  No. All of our technical employees in India are fluent in English. They also have earned degrees and certificates in their respective areas of expertise.  
     
  Do you handle both short-term and long-term projects?  
     
 

Our preference is to allocate technical resources on a full-time, dedicated basis. Offshore outsourcing is a long-term commitment from companies and takes extensive time, communication and planning to succeed. Under this model, these resources are truly an extension of our clients' in-house team. If, ,however, you are looking for a project based offshore model, we are happy to address your requirements.

 
     
  How do I track your offshore team's progress?  
     
  The project manager assigned to your account will work with you to develop a project plan that meets your approval. We will then meet with you on weekly basis to track the progress of the offshore team and provide you with detailed status reports. The technical consultant will be a part of these weekly status meetings to ensure that the quality of deliverables match your expectations.

BIR Solutions' employees work in our facility in Hyderabad, India. All employees come to work in our facility where they receive additional support, training and management to ensure that your organization receives the highest level of quality.
