Kaveh Mahjoob, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, has more than 19 years of experience in the software industry. Prior to BIR Solutions, Mr. Mahjoob has held Vice President and executive positions for more than half a dozen firms, including: FRx Software (now a Microsoft division), CapitalStream (a financial services software company), Q Strategies (an eCommerce software and services vendor), Platinum Software (now Epicor) and Communicado (a unified communications and analytical software company).           Kaveh’s responsibilities have ranged from operations management to product direction including budgeting and developing product roadmaps from conception to distribution and follow-up support. At FRx, along with the founders of that company, Mr. Mahjoob was instrumental in moving the company from $1.5M to $18M annual revenue in four years, at which time FRx was purchased by Great Plains Software for $71M. Mr. Mahjoob has also provided management and product strategy consulting for a variety of other software companies.           Bhuma Kandula, Co-founder and President, has more than 15 years of professional software development experience. Bhuma has extensive experience managing multiple offshore development projects at different software companies. Bhuma has worked extensively in the Business Intelligence market and is recognized as a leader in dashboard visualization technologies.           Bhuma has significant experience working with enterprise, Web-based products, including Oracle ERP and Siebel systems.
