Bhuma has extensive experience managing multiple offshore development projects at different software companies. He has worked extensively in the Business Intelligence market and is recognized as a leader in dashboard visualization technologies. Bhuma managed complex technology projects for SAP, Business Objects, KPMG Consulting, Noetix, Syncvoice Communications, WGC and RoamBI.

Bhuma is an experienced global executive who has worked with large teams across the globe. He has worked with teams spread over 35 countries.  He has extensive experience in general management, product presales, business and sales operations. He is also experienced in offshoring, outsourcing and shared/contract services.

Bhuma partners with several startup companies to get their products to market. He is responsible for identifying and developing global strategic partnerships, alliances and OEM relationships. Bhuma provides key strategic leadership in defining go-to-market strategy for partner programs across channel sales, OEM sales, and strategic business alliances with organizations. He has great expertise in building management and development teams to build lasting partner relationship that maximize US and International business opportunities.
