Bhuma Kandula, Founder/Chief Executive Officer, has more than 22 years of professional software development experience.

Bhuma is responsible for the organization’s vision and strategic direction, building teams, aligning organizational resources to a customer centric vision and delivering profitable growth. He has built BIR from ground up, during which time he secured key Fortune 100 customers, developing a delivery unit and hiring key leadership members.

Bhuma has extensive experience managing multiple offshore development projects. Bhuma managed complex technology projects for SAP, Business Objects, KPMG Consulting, Noetix, Syncvoice Communications, WGC and RoamBI.

Bhuma partners with several start-up companies to get their products to market. He is responsible for identifying and developing global strategic partnerships, alliances and OEM relationships. He has great expertise in building management and development teams to build lasting partner relationship that maximize business opportunities.

Radha Krishna Reddy has over 27 years of experience in the field of personnel and administration in public and private sector undertaking. He heads the organization in India and is responsible for HR, Finance and Legal department of the company.

He is an expert in recruitment, training and administering employee welfare. He is also an experienced advocate who has practiced in criminal and labour courts. He is well versed in Finance and has an established track record of instilling fiscal discipline and thorough financial analysis of all undertakings. He is adept in working with Government organizations and ensures compliance to all statutory regulations.
